In some faith traditions, its foundational tenets are believed to be miraculously carved onto stone tablets or delivered by angels. But Unitarian Universalism is defined by Seven Principles, articulated by everyday human beings.

As UU people, congregations and organizations consider adopting an Eighth Principle, this service kicks off a series of services exploring this possibility for WUS, beginning with the history of the development of the familiar Seven Principles.
