People come to the Winchester Unitarian Society for different reasons – for the freedom to explore their spirituality without dogma or creed, to find a people with whom they can make justice real, for friendship and relationships across generations outside our family structures. And the food. (Every faith community has good food as a compelling selling point.) This service, particularly relevant for those new to the congregation and to Unitarian Universalism but important for us all, will reflect on what it means to be part of a congregation in this time and this place.
