The keynote speaker will be Debby Irving, author of Waking Up White. She tells her story of her own transformation from well-meaning liberal to anti-racism activist, and sheds light on a deeper understanding of the “race problem” in America. Workshops will be presented by organizations in the Metro-West area whose anti-racism efforts you may wish to join.
