Upcoming events for Immigration Justice

Sunday April 28th at 2 pm at the South Bay Detention Center Prayer Vigil to support the men detained by ICE.

Everett Gather: 3:00 pm, march at 3:30 pm
Location: Everett City Hall @ Everett City Hall (Broadway cnr Mansfield)
*Everett contingent will march to/join Chelsea

Chelsea Gather: 3:00 pm, march at 4:00 pm
Location: Chelsea City Hall @ Broadway, corner of Everett Ave.
*Everett and Chelsea contingents will merge and march to East Boston

East Boston Gather at 4:00 pm Main Rally 5:30 pm
Location: Liberty Plaza @ Meridian corner of Border St.
Marchers from Everett and Chelsea will join East Boston and we will all come together for the rally!

Saray Im is threatened with deportation in the wake of the recent Supreme Court ruling on immigrants convicted of any crime, however long ago, regardless of time served and blameless adult life. Saray has received a short reprieve from ICE but has a date when he will have to report back for deportation. Actions to take:

Most important, a pardon from Governor Charlie Baker of Massachusetts will remove the legal justification for a deportation. Send a letter or an email to Governor Baker asking him to pardon Saray.
