This annual Community Workshop offers hands-on communications training free of cost. Trained VISIONS, INC facillitators Mayra Rodriguez-Howard and Jamila Capitman will lead the workshop. VISIONS is a non-profit training and consulting organization specializing in diversity and inclusion. The Winchester Multicultural Network has employed VISIONS principles—which emphasize multiple methods for insightful interaction between people of significantly different viewpoints, races, cultures, and economic backgrounds—within our group for over 28 years.
