You are the 10,347th visitor…just kidding. We’re not that technically advanced.
No, we’re not EBAY; this is a PILOT PROGRAM, so please bear with us and know this is a WORK IN PROGRESS.
Here are some rules:
1) These rules may change somewhat or be added to along the way. Please keep in mind that this is a CHURCH AUCTION and the goal is RAISE MONEY for our church!!!
2) There will be a minimum bid on each item. All bids will be sent to ginakurban@comcast.net . Please include your name, address, and phone number in your email bid. Also include the ITEM NUMBER. Bids will not be accepted without this information.
3) If you would like to receive an updated bidding notice one time during the week, you must sign up for that by noting it with your bid. Otherwise the updated bids will be sent out with the following week’s highlights.
4) New featured items will be added each week.
5) If there are questions about the item, please email ginakurban@comcast.net
6) If someone would like to bid but does not have access to the internet, they should contact Mary Ann Young in the church office.
7) Although this auction is for the WUS congregation and is only being sent to members and friends of WUS, this link may be sent to other people outside the congregation as long as the rules are followed.
8) Some items may be offered more than once and sometimes this will be stated ahead of time and sometimes it may not.
9) Some items may also be offered again during the LIVE Auction on May 31st.
10) All bidding for the Virtual Silent Auction will end Friday, May 30th at 3PM. There will be no exceptions.
11) Winners will be notified during the Dinner/Auction on May 31st and expected to pay at that time. If the winner is not present at the dinner, they will be notified via email in the days following.
12) Only Cash and Checks will be accepted.
13) Remember that this is a FUNDRAISER. Please bid often and generously.
